Leslie Phillips stars as a doctor looking for love and romance from the hospital nurses, much to the annoyance of the main administrator (James Robertson Justice). Based on Richard Gordon's 1960 novel. 8 x 10 inches, with no borders as issued. Very Good plus, with light creasing overall.

Etat : Good. Engraved calling card, 5.5x9.5 cm (2¼x3¾").Inscribed on the reverse: "Stephen J. Field, Associate Justice of U.S. Supreme Court. Washington Mar. 8, 1877." Prior to serving on the U.S. Supreme Court , Feld was Chief Justice of California. In 1859 Field replaced the former chief justice of the California Supreme Court, David S. Terry because Judge Terry killed a United States Senator from California (David Colbreth Broderick) in a duel and left the state.Lot AmendmentsCondition:Lightly toned; very good.

Draft script for the 1966 British film. Based on the 1960 novel by Richard Gordon. The sixth film in the Rank Organisation's comic "Doctor" series, and the second to star Leslie Phillips in the title role. OCLC locates no holdings. AMPAS shows no holdings. Shot on location at Carnaby Street and Wormwood Scrubs. Tall blue titled wrappers, dated 2nd September, 1965, with an annotation in manuscript ink on the front wrapper, noting copy No. 44. Title page present, dated 27th August, 1965, with credits for novelist Richard Gordon and screenwriter Jack Davies. 100 leaves, with last page of text numbered 97. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, bound internally with a silver prong.
