The text block is tightly bound and very clean - near fine plus - with many b/w and colour photos. No dedications etc. In very good white, red, tan and dark green striped dust jacket; quite clean and edge-worn. Not price clipped.

Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has similar tanning with soft crushing to ends. Unclipped dust jacket with moderate rubbing, chipping and tearing to edges. Moderate tanning and scuffing overall.

This book is unique in that it brings a portrait of mid-20th-century Canada as seen through the eyes and lens of Canada's greatest photographer, Yousuf Karsh, together with the rich verbal description of Canada's greatest publicist, John Fisher of their cross-country tour.
