At the top of the first page is the following statement: This edition of The Fug's Songbook is reprinted Oct., 1965 by Sexual Freedom League of San Francisco, Box 14007, SF, California". 28 leaves printed on rectos only. Front and rear cover paper is peach. A very handsome example of this scarce FUG's item. This book would go on to be reprinted several times out of Detroit in 1966 and beyond.

The Fugs was Tuli Kupferberg, Ed Sanders, Al Fowler, Ken Weaver, and Peter Stamfel. Good. Folded into eights. Areas of discoloration around edges. Light soiling including an 8 mm. mark to lower left side of recto, a 1.2 cm. mark near upper right corner, and two 3 mm. spots of staining to middle right of page. Light bumping of corners and edges.
