In addition to the two named in the title, there is Building and Loan Liquidity with special reference to New Jersey (1931) by Warren W. Gardner [B00087HM9M] and Real Estate Subdividing (1932) in New Jersey by Charles H. Wray. The original printed red wrappers of the individual volumes are bound in. Dr. Harry D. Gideonse served as president of Brooklyn College from 1939 to 1966. He later became chancellor of the New School for Social Research. An economist by training, Dr. Gideonse wrote widely in the fields of international economics, political economy and foreign affairs.
