Stapled with two metal staples - very rusty. Covers have some spotting/marks. NO date shown but generally thought to be 1930s. Images of Steam Trains. 32 pp. Fully illustrated with numerous b/w photos, mainly of 'possible' accidents involving Railway workers and Steam Trains! . Internally some browny spots/marks (rust? ) here and there, one closed tear and a little creasing to a couple of corners. Generally pretty clean and tight, but a lot of old rust around the staples in the gutters, and some on the page edges, otherwise clean, and with No Inscriptions or other marks. Nice item of Railway History. See Images. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.

Navy binding with blind-stamped border on front and back covers and gold lettering on spine in very good condition, especially considering age, with some wear and staining on covers and spine. Bumped and torn spine foot and header and very slightly bumped and frayed corners on both covers. Some discoloration and speckling present on front and back end-papers and free end-papers and some tearing and label residue on back end-paper and free end-paper. Very small tear present at top edge of title page. Front cover is pulling very slightly from binding. 267 pages. Title page dated 1878. Contains numerous tables and figures throughout. Despite some wear due to age, this copy is in very good condition. Binding good and tight. Pages clean and square.
