Softcover. Etat : Very Good. The wraps are shelf rubbed and edge worn, with some light surface damage and tanning to them. In spite of this, the wraps remain whole, intact and charming. Internally, there is a recipe written in ink on the verso of the front wrap along with a previous retailer's sticker. There is a previous owner's signature on the half title page. There is light staining on the corners of the pages within, but they remain clean and legible otherwise. Tightly bound. JK. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.

Trade Paperback. Etat : Good +. Etat de la jaquette : No Jacket As Issued. First Edition. This offering is a vintage cookbook. 88 Danish Dishes, or, Dining in Denmark was written/compiled by Hetna Dedichen and published by Andr. Fred. Host & Son (Booksellers to the King), Copenhagen in 1936. Though it's not stated as such it does appear to be a First Edition. It's a trade paperback copy in good + condition with 67 pages and black-and-white illustrations. We used to have a Danish pastry shop in Fremont which I loved. There are a dozen, or so, recipes for Danish pastries within . . . a little beyond my baking skills . . . or patience. Thank you!.
