Cardboard covers. Etat : Very good. octavo pamphlet bound in blue paper covered stiff cards in good condition except for paper pealing off the spine and corners, pp. 21. There is a long inscription on the front free endpaper written by Edwin Burlingame - one of the people who had this published- stating that Jenckes was also the first signer of the Charter for Brown University and was a trustee of the University for 10 years. contents fine, binding good. This appears to also have been published by the Society of Colonial Wars in Rhode Island and Providence Plantations along with other works in 1914 using the same printer.

It is completely clean inside and out but there is rubbing to the surfaces of the front and back covers. Light wear to edges of covers. It will be bubble-wrapped and carefully packed in a sturdy box to ensure safe transit.
