Presentation copy belonging to producer, Ross Hunter, bound in navy full calf with gilt titles on cover and spine, with Hunter's name on the front board. An elderly married couple find themselves increasingly dependent on their grown children as their physical and mental health deteriorates. Fred Astaire won an Emmy Award as Best Actor and Helen Hayes received a nomination as Best Actress for her performance. Additional Emmy nominations included Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actress (Patty Duke), Supporting Actor (Efrem Zimbalist, Jr.), and Outstanding Cinematography in Entertainment Programming for a Special (Joseph Biroc). Green full calf binding with titled paper wrappers as issued, with credits for screenwriter Gerald Di Pego.
