Condition is Good: front hinge cracked & reglued. Stitched binding secure & unbroken, but loosening. Pages creamy white with the occasional smudge or spot, a few (about 12) pages have unclosed tears to bottom edge, Table of Contents page has one very long tear; no writing or coloring or other markings. Exterior boards show light soil, rubbing to extremities, bumping & mild fraying to all corners.
