Hardcover. Etat : About Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Near Fine. Limited Edition. Limited (Only) printing, published posthumously by her father Robert Frost 2 years after her tragic death from perpetual fever 6 weeks after childbirth, just a year after her marriage to Willard Fraser. Near Fine in the publishers glassine dust wrapper. Also included is a very nice original photo of the author, which was likely included with the book upon publication by her father Robert Frost. An example worthy of any Frost or Franconia, NH collection. I collect both so the price may seem high to the casual collector. A distant great-uncle of mine sold Robert Frost the land in Franconia that was to become one of his homes for many decades. It is now a summer Poet-in-residence tourist attraction there. NOTES: Marjorie Frost was born on March 29, 1905 in United States. Her parents were Robert Frost and Elinor White. She married Willard Fraser on June 03, 1933 She died on May 02, 1934 in Rochester, Olmsted, Minnesota, United States Marjorie died as a result of puerperal fever after childbirth.
