Published b y Oxford University Press in 1959, here is the hardback reprinting of James Morier's The Adventures of Hajji Baba of Ispahan (World's Classics Series #238) edited, with introduction and notes by C.W.Stewart. 450 pages plus maps, blue cloth binding, gilt lettering, the book is in very good condition with some very minor browning and the name of a previous owner (the revered scholar and Hertford College fellow Anthony Cockshut) written lightly in pencil to the front free end paper. The pink pictorial dust jacket is fine. A superb book.
