Etat très satisfaisant (couv. lég. frottée, rares rouss. et très bonne fraîcheur intérieure par ailleurs) pour cette petite rareté ! L'ouvrage est assez curieux : on y lira par exemple qu'à "la lecture d'un contrat, quoi que l'on entende, il ne faut jamais se permettre la moindre marque d'improbation. Tout a été convenu d'avance entre les deux notaires ; et le jour du contrat, aucun incident ne saurait surgir". Langue: Français.
