A collection of the thoughts and opinions of Napoleon Bonaparte, offering his reflections on government, politics and diplomacy, military and naval affairs, public works, history, religion, education, literature, law, etc. POOR jacket on a VERY GOOD book. Jacket TORN in two along the front hinge, with several other large tears and a few chips along this tear. Minor chipping and tearing along the jacket extremities. Some toning, minor soiling and scuffing to the jacket. Minor soiling and uneven fading to the book. Spine faded. Interior clean and solid.
