Originally published in ?The Anglers' Club Bulletin?, Winter, 2005, this pamphlet was published to assist in the fundraising efforts of the Atlantic Salmon Federation. "The regular edition of this pamphlet .was beautifully printed letterpress by the Ascensius Press of Portland, Maine. I donated the entire edition to the Atlantic Salmon Federation to sell as a fund raiser" (Wood). This is the story of O'Brien's catch and release of a 50-plus pound salmon on the Grand Cascapedia, on July 31, 2004, and the methods used to estimate the fish's live weight. Very fine.

The fly is a replica of the one O'Brien used to catch his behemoth salmon from the same waters. Privately printed for Wood at The Ascensius Press in South Freeport, Maine. An intriguing essay plus a beautiful production from these fine artisans.
