Prima edizione. Ottimo esemplare in barbe (minime bruniture e fioriture, altrimenti privo di particolari difetti da segnalare). Nata nel clima irrequieto e violento della dominazione napoleonica iniziata nel 1796, la costituzione in gran parte imita e si basa su quella francese del 1795; le magistrature centrali della Repubblica romana ricalcano il modello della neonata Repubblica cisalpina.
