Noticeable foxing and tanning to pages. More prominent to text block edges, pastedowns and free endpapers. Moderate cracking to gutters causing some looseness to binding but pages remain attached; lighter to hinges but netting still visible. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild staining, tanning and scuffing overall. Spine has heavier tanning with noticeable splitting, fraying and crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

A little worn and with some rubbing/edgewear - , the spine is rubbed and has a small 1 cm loss to the bottom edge and a sliver of loss to the top edge. There is some patchy darkening/discolouration to the covers, a few light stains on the rear cover and the page fore-edges are dusty and grubby o/w Internally NO Inscriptions, but the whole book has a crease line running through the centre and is a little 'dusty' with some pages having creased corners and light brown spots to the first 5 pages of the Debate text. 74 pp. Overall, apart from the marks to the covers and the other minor 'faults' as noted above, this is a Tight and Bright Good plus copy. Of Welsh National and Local Interest particularly. Text in English. A Scarce title. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
