Hardcover. Etat : Very Good. Etat de la jaquette : Good. 1st Edition. This 1934 assumed first edition has been translated from French by Ralph Roeder. The modern period starts in 1906 to 1934. There are over 100 the prints black and white along with narrative about the artist. The cover's art deco style print is a wonderful example of the genre. There is light foxing on the half title page and rep. None has affected the printed page. The previous owner has affixed her calling card on the fep. The book is very good plus. The dust jacket is of very thin paper and there is edgewear at the spine ends and extremeties and several small tears. Language: eng.
