Binding is weak. Unequal tanning to endpaper corresponding with jacket flaps. Pen inscription to front endpaper. Bookplate to front pastedown. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Spine has crushing to both ends. Book has forward lean. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with tears and creasing.

Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Boards are bowed. Book has a forward lean. The unclipped dust jacket has heavy edge wear, with tears, chips and areas of loss. Light tanning to spine and edges.
