A small octavo measuring *' by 5 1/4" with small surface areas of the cloth on the spine and boards which have been nibbled by silver fish. There is a prior owner's name on the front paste down. Without a dust jacket. 417 pages including an index which is followed by a one page ad. Illustrated with a frontispiece and 20 plates and line drawings within the text. One of the volumes in the publisher's American Sportsman's Library.
