Book has wear on the edges, some soiling, foxing on the page edges, discoloration, and shelf wear. The narrative is a succession of truly funny incidents, the dialogue sparkles, and Mrs. Sampson's genius for the amusing delineation of negro characters is delightfully in evidence. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

This red cloth-covered book is in good condition for its age, with a few light stains, gentle fading on the spine, and some minor scuffing on the corners and edges. The binding is becoming fragile but all pages are still attached. The end papers and pages have light tanning and a few stains from age but they are unmarked and in good condition.

Outside cloth covers are nice with some minor wear to the outside cover corners and edges. Nice Looking Classic!.
