Dr. Boddy was the Pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Minneapolis at the time of the book's publication and the author of the last speech presented in the book. The book also has Dr. Boddy's personal bookplate on the front pastedown. Book is Very Good to Very Good Plus/no DJ (probably as issued); blue cloth boards with gold decorations and lettering, some wear and rubbing to edges and spine ends, gold lettering on spine has darkened some but is still fully legible, top page edges have darkened slightly, binding is tight, book presents numerous speeches (with discussion questions after each) on a variety of topics important to America just prior to World War II, 8vo., 445 pages 0.0 0.0 0.0.
