Mackinlay, and a Mary Holman.Illustrated throughout by Arthur Rackham, Cecil Aldin, Louis Wain, Alice Martineau, S. M. Fitzgerald, Reginald Rigby, Yeend King, Herbert Railton, John Hassall, and more.Arranged by J. Harry Savory.Six of the illustrations have been hand-coloured by the prior owner.
