The building has been sold and the new owner is making extensive interior renovations - only the exterior has landmark status - that will drive up the costs of occupancy. Chambers' CARDIGAN brought $50. Today the WIND would easily bring over $10,000 while the Chambers would still sell for $50! Nonetheless, the pleasure in a catalogue such as this in its exactly such connections and the well-written annotations are still useful to anyone with an interest in the subject.
