0. S.l.s.d., original engraving, portrait of Edouard Seymour, 265 x 170 mm, with engraved caption with only the name underneath, mounted on a large thick 19th century paper leaf . The duke is represented on a picture which is placed against a column in a landscape. The top of the column bears his sculptured coat of arms. Edouard Seymour (1500 -1552), first duke of Somerset, executed in 1552. Lower margin slightly cropped into the engraved caption.
