For sake of convenient handing, the size of the original type has here been reduced by approximately one-fifth. Stains on the original copy have been removed in this facsimile to ensure readability, but no other re-touching has been undertken. The facsimile edition has two paginations: the original numbering at the top of the page and now, a contonuous pagination supplied by the editor at the foot of the page. A heavy book.
