Vertical, discoloured crease across paper. Cluster of circular, brown stains. Pamphlet contains a beautiful historiated initial 'D'. Handwritten in pencil in bottom right margin: 'Ao 1674.' Estates General, Staten Generaal, withdrawn decrees, ingetrokken ordonnanties, taxes, belasting, import . PAM097.
