Hard Cover. Etat : Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. This first edition hardcover book has a red binding with gild lettering on the front cover and on the spine. There is a stamp on the inside front cover, FFEF, and on the inside rear cover. This book covers the great quests and costs of freedom throughout the ages in its 27 chapters from the Magna Carta through the totalitarian years preceeding the 1940's. It includes a copy of the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution of the United States. And it has many illustrations including some newspaper and magazine illustrations. Ex-Library.
