Etat : Very Good, A fine lithograph of Parliament Hill in the capital of Canada, Ottawa, during the late 19th century. This was done shortly after the completion of the redesigning of the grounds of the Parliament Buildings by architects Thomas Scott and Calvert Vaux. Wilson Reed Berry (1851-1928) was an American painter. Berry submitted some drawings to the Beldon Atlas Company of Chicago. Hired as a sketch artist, Berry traveled for ten years over thirty states and into Canada, drawing and painting landscapes and pictures of farms and animals.
