His theory is that "aliens are rebuilding a world grid system from which, it appears, they can draw motive power, and they are possibly also using the grid for navigational purposes." It lays out the mathematics that Capt. Cathie says prove his theory. Included are maps, diagrams, and a few footnotes. This copy is clean and solid. Appears to be unread.
