Republished, xi,399, red cloth, gilt, musical score; light toning to margins of endpapers and to edges of text block, a very good copy, in a good unclipped pictorial dust-jacket, which has a closed but creased tear to rear, in a v shape extending half way down to centre of rear jacket, lightly sunned to spine, with rubbing and light wear to corners and a small tear to rear lower margin.
