Hardcover. Etat : Near Fine. Etat de la jaquette : Very Good. 1st Edition. The Walker & Co. 1970 first hardcover edition of "A For Anything", which was originally published as Zenith Books' paperback "The People Maker" in 1959. It is SIGNED, with no personalization or inscription, by author Damon Knight on its title page. This book is in near fine condition, marred only by a trace of lean, and a very light bump on the base of its spine. Its binding is sound, with no spine crease. Its white covers are bright, unmarked, and otherwise unworn, with unfaded black titles on its spine. Pages are unworn and -- other than Knight's signature -- unmarked. Not a remainder. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is in very good+ condition: whole, bright, and unmarked, marred only by a 1/8" chip in bottom of its back flap fold, plus a few faint smudges on its back, and some very light toning along its flap folds and spine folds. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description. Signed by Author(s).
