Hardcover. Etat : Fair. Folio; 44 cm. Publisher's green printed hardback folder. Lacking piece of spine cloth. Three individual parts with numerous prints. Also includes perhaps another part with additional prints, but they are not in a folder. Two color plates. Sold with all faults. Most plates are accompanied by guard sheet with descriptive letterpress. This is an oversized or heavy book, which requires additional postage for international delivery outside the US.
