A lovely copy of this first in the Berenstain Bears stories which went on to become one of the best selling book series. The couple were a married duo writer and illustrator. The book was meant to be a standalone one but due to the success it received, went on to become the first in a series. Front board bright and clean, back board bears a lightly coloured mark to back otherwise good. A little bump to tips where they turn in a bit but otherwise boards and spine are very good. Contents: pretty, decorative endpapers. A few light reading marks but otherwise clean and unmarked, not exlib and packed and sent with care.
