Soft cover. Etat : Near Fine. No Jacket. Munro Leaf (illustrateur). Red, white (aged to yellowish), and blue throughout the book. Lacking the stamp book as typical. Light stain on part of the front board title, tiny surface crack near front bottom corner. Tiny crack at top edge of title page. ONe book slit on back cover enlarged. Otherwise, thought toned, the pages are clean and bright. A sweet patriotic appeal.

Soft cover. Etat : Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Book size about 8 by 10 inches with some 32 unnumbered pages. Bound in red, white & blue pictorial wraps. Illustrated on every page by the author. Published early in the Second World War this was one of the author's contributions to the war effort. Rear of the book contained a War Savings Stamp book (Which is missing) which the child was to fill in and buy a Savings Bond. A full book cost $18.75 which bought a $25 Bond. Bit of coloring on the Title Page; previous owner inscription inside the front cover; light soil. A copy in unusually nice condition. VERY GOOD.
