Spots of foxing on eps and half-title and edges. Text mostly clean. Binding tight. Maroon cloth boards with original paste-on spine label on spine - one corner missing. Rear board, spine and strip on front board faded. Previous owner's inscription on front board. Top and bottom of spine and corners lightly rubbed. Overall condition VG.

Spine faded and some fading to cloth and a few very small pieces of cloth missing (see photos). Paper label missing from spine. Hinges sound and Text block firm. Some spots of foxing on illustrated title page. Other Pages in very good clean condition. No inscriptions except penciled price on free endpaper.
