The edition comprises 8 volumes; a set of 4 volumes (violino primo, violino secundo, viola, violoncel) for the string quartets N°s 1-42 ; and a set (idem) for the string quartets N°s 43 - 83. Bound in uniform red half roan, smooth back with two green leather labels. Very nice set. Unfortunately incomplete. Missing are 3 volumes; for the first set; the second violin and the viola. For the second set; the first violin.
