Contains (xvi), 188 printed pages with 134 sepia and tone plates and illustrations, bibliography, index of plates, complete with additional SIGNED mounted print of the ballerina, Moira Shearer, the star of the Red Shoes, in a separate envelope to the side of the slip case, the plate of which has been destroyed, preventing any reprinting of the print. SIGNED by the artist to the limitation leaf 'W. Russell Flint.' Pictorial book plate of W. and P. J. Kupfer to the front paste down.
