The two books have been bound together in a very expensive half leather binding (light brown calf leather spine and corners. Since the two books were produced in the same year they are perfectly matching in regards layout/design. Both books have full page b/w plates of important paintings hors text as well as drawings in text. The standard of these two books is outstanding. The condition externally and internally is Fine. This binding of two rare editions may well be unique and is certainly very rare. The price asked is thus most reasonable IMO.…
