The HENRY REED series follows the business-minded son of a US American diplomat as he engages in various money-making shenanigans, written as a series of journal entries (but, Henry insists, NOT as a diary). The second book in the Henry Reed series, in which Reed and his best pal Midge travel from San Francisco back east, and Henry takes it upon himself to write a young boy's version of a Baedeker. A spot of foxing on each endpaper, a minute spot of fading to the topstain; jacket has sunning to its spine panel, and a few spots of foxing to its reverse.
