Les tables sont réparties dans chaque volume : tome 1 : 7 pages, tome 2 : 9 pages et tome 3 : 7 pages. Deux feuillets de tables du tome 2 sont ici mal placés dans le tome 3. Cette erreur semble classique car elle se retrouve sur d?autres exemplaires. Edition publiée par Gueulette, avec des notes de celui-ci. Ce texte, finalement peu édité avant cette édition (il ne semble pas y avoir eu d?édition depuis 1553), est donc ici enrichi des notes critiques, historiques et chronologiques de Thomas-Simon Gueulette ainsi que d?une préface sur l?origine de la chevalerie et des anciens tournois. Roman de chevalerie du 15ème siècle qu?on peut aussi classer parmi les romans satiriques ou comiques. Reliure plein veau brun de de l?époque, dos à nerfs orné, pièce de titre maroquin, tranches rouges. 3 coiffes manquantes, 3 coins abîmés, manque de cuir sur le tome II, sinon défauts légers. Belles marges, papier frais, quelques rares défauts. Bel exemplaire de ce bon ouvrage, RARE.

Imprimé le 20e jour de juin mil cinq cent 23." Reliure en plein veau blond glacé d'époque. Dos à nerfs orné. Pièce de titre en maroquin rouge. 2 coins émoussé. Frottements. Rayures sur les plats. Travail de vers sur les 8 premiers feuillets en marge externe, sans conséquence ; également petit travail de vers sur le plat supérieur. Bel exemplaire.
