Chipped and fragile at fold (due to a previously bound state) with foxed stains and toning offset. Three stanza Sea Shanty (in G, 2/4 time) composed on the 4th Boston (Sloop-of-War built in the Boston Navy Yard, launched 15 October 1825, wrecked November 1846). The Boston served on the Brazil Station through 1829.
