First edition. Hardcover. One of 225 numbered copies but with this being an out of series copy. A collection of 12 poems inspired by Desert Storm and with hand drawn illustrations by Gerald Lange. A very fine copy without dust jacket as issued. Signed and inscribed on the colophon pages by Hill: "This copy is for Robert Hawley, this author's first publisher to whom is extended love and gratitude. Lindsay Hill 11-19-92." The recipient published Hill's book "Aveleval" Laid in is a typed and signed letter from Hill to Hawley presenting him the book and thanking him for his generosity. A terrific association copy.
