This is a delightful fictional story for children around Christmas, but also for the rest of the year. The book's exterior has four worn corners, worn areas along both the top and bottom edges and at the top and bottom of the spine. There is also the library inked on marks at the base of the spine, the remains of a sticker on the front cover's top right corner and some light front cover soiling. The interior book has the school name stamped inside the front cover, has the library card holder inside the rear cover and has a number written in the bottom right corner of the title page. Outside of these detriments and distractions there are no further visible extraneous markings, distractions or detriments throughout the book and thus all of the printing and numerous illustrations are all in a well preserved and enjoyable condition and the book's bindings remain tight and therefore would be sound. Dust jacket has heavy edge wear, especially at the spine ends and corners. Rubbed along the folds. The spine is faded. Fairly light soil to both panels. Not price clipped ($2.00).
