Hardcover with dustjacket, 32 pages of text follwed by 24 plates; the dj is in poor condition with a large piece missing from top of rear cover; front cover is OK with small tears at top and bottom edge, scattered scuffs and overall rubbing; dj spine has scuffs and tears at top and bottom edge; internally very good except for previous owner's name on 1 page; no other internal marks; plates still in fine shape. Foreign shipping may be extra.
