Reprint/first Greenwood edition, hardcover, has a shallow lean to the binding, light bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, a small stain with partial cup ring as well as a few much fainter rings to the front, and a sticker shadow to the back. Overall, a solid, tight, internally clean, Near Very Good copy.

At the turn of the twentieth century, he was tireless in promoting, publishing, and writing about stocks, and the stock market. He published The Ticker magazine, which subsequently became The Magazine Of Wall Street, and he promoted many other authors, like Selden, Babson, Crowell, etc through Ticker publishing. His autobiography, Wall Street Ventures and Adventures Through Forty Years reminisces about 'The Street' and the great traders: Livermore, Keene, Bet-A-Million Gates, and bankers like JP Morgan. Richard Demille Wyckoff (November 2, 1873 March 7, 1934) was a stock market authority, founder and onetime editor of the Magazine of Wall Street (founding it in 1907) , and editor of Stock Market Technique. Housed in a custom house morocco clamshell box made by the Harcourt Bindery. Books signed and inscribed by Wyckoff are rare. This major Wall Street classic was first published in 1930 by the legendary Richard D. Wyckoff, who is best known as the founder and publisher of the Magazine of Wall Street. It covers his fascinating career as self-made stock market operator from 1888 to 1928.
