Lillian (aka: Lillian Bos Ross and Shanagolden) and Harry Dick Ross were fixtures in the Big Sur arts community; Lillian wrote a trilogy of novels about a family in Big Sur. The BOOK is in Very Good++ or better condition. Very light strip of fading at the extreme upper edges and a thin strip of light fading at the lower spine. Light toning to the text-block and end-papers. Free from inscriptions and erasures. The top-stain is lightly faded. The WRAPPER is complete and is in Very Good+ condition. Light edge wear but more-so at the upper spine end with some small loss, rubbing and creasing. Some light rubbing to the spine folds and at the lower spine end. Some toning to the spine and edges. A 3cm closed tear to the upper spine fold and a small chip to the upper rear edge. The wrapper presents well in the removable Brodart archival cover. A very uncommon title with the wrapper.
