If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We make exclusive use of tracked courier services for the safety of the items and for the reliability of deliveries. Therefore we require a physical address and can not deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note Economy Shipments: Only valid for orders under $800 We use a consolidated tracked shipping service which greatly reduces the cost of shipping. Books are picked up every Tuesday and fly out the following Thursday. Due to only flying out once a week wait times can be up to 20 days with this option.
