Biographie de l'auteur :

JOAN VAN EMDEN was Director of the Jove Centre, a consultancy specializing in technical writing and presentations. She was also a visiting lecturer at the University of Reading, speaking regularly at conferences. She has written a number of books about communication issues. LUCINDA BECKER teaches at the University of Reading within the Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences and Management. She is also a professional trainer, devising, developing and delivering courses in communication, presentations, management techniques and jobsearch skills. She is author of The Mature Student's Handbook.
