Small hardcover, 731 pages. Bound in full original vellum with title handwritten on the spine "Barlaei poemata." Measures 3" x 5.25". Verse in Latin, printed in a small italic. Some slight buckling to the vellum & top corner of back cover is either nibbled or worn away reavealing board beneath. But overall a nice 17th century binding, with cords revealed at the hinges and remains of cord-ties at the outer edge of the boards -- but whether those were clipped recently or at the time of binding, I cannot tell.
