Being an ameteur myself, some of his relaxation and meditation techniques were a little too corny, but the majority of his suggestions worked. It could of been better illustrated in places, and he often goes into a baffling amount of medical and pscological detail, he gets his points across reasonably well. All in all, I recommend it to the more experienced martial artists, T'ai chi-ists in particullar. --Google
